How do fee reminders reach parents?
As WhatsApp messages from approved templates, sent from the school's own WhatsApp Business number. Fees due on the dashboard is the list to send from, and each payment is recorded against the student's instalment.
Can a fee plan have terms?
Yes. A fee plan is a dues schedule with as many instalments as you set, one per term, per student. Transport and admission fees are items in Courses & Programmes and can be invoiced on their own.
Does Selfeey call them Students, not customers?
Yes. For a school, the Customers module is called Students in the sidebar, in every page title and on the add button. Leads stay Leads.
