Selfeey is business software that runs your customers, sales, marketing, support, HR and billing from one login. It is built by Selfeey Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru for small and mid-sized businesses in India. On PRO Ultimate you can add AI employees that answer calls, reply to customers and run automations, with every customer-facing action queued for your approval.
Who is it for?
Selfeey is built for clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, physiotherapy, salons & spas, boutiques, schools & colleges, coaching institutes, gyms & fitness studios, wellness centres, builders & interiors, real estate, supermarkets & kirana, resorts, home stays. Each trade gets its own dashboard and operations pages on the same shared customer record. If your trade is not listed, just ask — we customise Selfeey to your industry and workflow at no extra cost.
What does it include?
Customers: a list with lifetime value, a 360 timeline, leads with score and source, contacts and companies, and imports from Excel and Google Sheets. Sales: an overview and forecast, a leads inbox, a pipeline, quotations and your own catalogue; Marketing: WhatsApp, SMS and email campaigns with approved templates and a content library. Support, HR and Billing: tickets with response times and a public help centre, employee records with attendance, leave and payroll, and invoices with payment links, payments, reminders and ageing. Reports, video meetings with a guest link and your industry dashboard sit beside them.
What do the AI employees do?
On PRO Ultimate, AI employees answer your calls and keep the call history, reply to customers, and run automations built from ready templates. Everything that reaches a customer or touches money goes to an approvals queue first, so you decide what goes out. Every action and its result is listed in the activity log.
What does it cost?
Standard is ₹950 per user per month, Business Suite is ₹1,180 and PRO Ultimate is ₹2,800, billed in INR with 20% off when you pay yearly. Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. Prices exclude 18% GST, and you choose the number of users at the payment step.
Is my data safe?
Every record belongs to one organisation and is isolated on the server on every request. Traffic runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored as scrypt hashes, roles control who can see and do what, and an audit log records every change. Your data is held in a database in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region.
